Employee Recognition: What’s Effective?

One of my all-time favorite keynote speakers is Chester Elton. He speaks about employee recognition, incentive programs, and team motivation. Essentially one of the most important topics a company faces today, because as groups slim down, it’s important to keep morale up in a way that will buoy productivity effectively.

Not only is the content of Chester Elton’s presentations fantastic, he’s got an ease and humor in front of an audience that’s really engaging. He’s known as the Carrots Guy (check out his book here) and he and co-author Adrian Gostick are available for keynote presentations as well as training workshops.
